Ajay Sales reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances where we are unable to fulfil the order or where the requirements of the order cannot be met.

This may include situations such as product availability issues, pricing or inventory errors, payment-related issues, delivery limitations, or other circumstances that may prevent us from successfully fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you within a reasonable time. Where a refund is applicable, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded according to the applicable payment and refund process.

Important

Cancellation is only possible before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In such cases, the request may be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
