RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ajay Sales, we want you to shop with confidence. We provide a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

  • We provide a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

  • For exchanges, we offer free reverse pick-up from your delivery address.

  • For returns and refunds, a reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted from the refund amount, regardless of the number of items in the order. For example, if an order contains three clothing items, only one ₹100 deduction will be made for the entire order, not ₹100 per item.

  • We offer one free exchange per order as part of our Fair Usage Policy. Additional exchange requests for the same order may not be accepted.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned with signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Please ensure that the product is returned with its original tags, packaging, and accessories, where applicable.

  • Please allow up to 7 days after the returned product is received for the return to be processed and the refund to be initiated.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed using the bank account or UPI details provided by the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Products purchased under a Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer are not eligible for refunds. However, customers may request an exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

  • Order cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return and exchange requests are subject to product eligibility and inspection. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
