Delivery Timeline

Delivery times depend on the delivery address and location provided at the time of placing your order.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

  • Bengaluru PIN codes: Estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.

Any applicable shipping charges, if different from the standard policy, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, where applicable.

You can use the tracking information to check the status and estimated progress of your delivery.

Cancellation, Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, the full order amount will be refunded.

If your order is lost during transit or cannot be delivered to your preferred delivery location, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where applicable, the full order amount will be refunded.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a parcel that appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend that you refuse to accept the delivery.
